1. Purpose and application
These terms set the conditions for using the online calculators, account, and settings storage provided by the Hatdool operator. By using the service or completing sign-up, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
2. Service content
Hatdool provides finance- and life-related calculators and save/load features for some calculator settings. Calculators and scope may be added, changed, or discontinued depending on operations, law, or external data; material changes will be announced on the site when possible.
3. Accounts and user responsibilities
Account features must be used with an email or Google account you control. You must keep login credentials and access means secure and notify the contact address if you notice unauthorized use. You must not use another person’s account or information without permission.
4. Stored data
Settings storage works only on calculators where you explicitly choose to save. Saved settings are linked to that account and can be loaded or deleted from the saved list. Please keep important records separately.
5. Prohibited use
You must not interfere with the service or other users’ normal use, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, distribute malicious code, violate law or others’ rights, or impose excessive load on the service through automated bulk requests.
6. Calculation results and external data
Results are reference estimates based on values you enter and assumptions shown on screen. Actual financial products, tax, health insurance, real estate transactions, fees, and investment outcomes can differ by institution and personal situation. Hatdool does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice; confirm official materials and qualified professionals before important decisions. External source data may be delayed or inaccurate due to update timing or collection errors.
7. Restrictions and termination
If prohibited conduct is confirmed or needed for safe operation, account or feature use may be restricted. You may request account withdrawal from the saved-settings screen, or email toolboard.help@gmail.com if processing is difficult.
8. Intellectual property
Rights in screens, text, design, and software produced by Hatdool belong to the Hatdool operator or rightful owners. You must not copy, distribute, sell, or remove attribution beyond what service use requires. Rights in third-party materials belong to their respective owners.
9. Limitation of liability
Hatdool uses reasonable efforts to provide stable service. Interruption or loss from force majeure, communication failures, external service outages, user device or input errors, and other causes beyond reasonable control may limit liability to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.
10. Changes and governing law
When terms change, the effective date and main contents are published on the site. These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes are resolved by negotiation first, and if unresolved, by procedures and jurisdiction under applicable law.
